In this workshop, I will talk about the balance not only of where our time goes, but what it means to us.
The function and value of our activities are important, and here is an opportunity to stop and examine your current time use and balance with the intention of finding space for change.
I’ll provide theory and practical tools that enable you to think in detail about the balance of your activities and practical strategies to use to create change in your balance.
We’ll think about what is happening in your daily life, what works, what doesn’t, and where change could happen to improve your daily routines and sense of satisfaction.
